Why Volunteer? 

The fire service started on January 27th 1678 and the first engine company went into service. The fire service is rich and vibrant in tradition and history and continues to evolve everyday. Becoming a firefighter is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling services an individual can do. Being a firefighter is a great way to get involved and give back to your community, you'll have the opportunity to help people when they need it and to make a difference.
